CROSS ROADS

Here is quilt #6. I think I am going to quit sewing for awhile. Think I need a rest. I am starting to get a little sloppy. This quilt is flannel and is called Cross Roads.

This is quilt #5. I am about done with quilt #6.

This is another one I got over the Holidays. It has been fun sewing, since I haven't been able to for awhile.

Has Spring Arrived??

It has been a lovely, beautiful day. Fifty-six degrees and a lot of sunshine. It seems like spring has just arrived, but want to remember Mr. Winter can still give us a few surprises!!! We took a walk today, went to the P.O. and to the office. I came home and made chili soup, and vegetable soup. Mr. changed the oil in the van, and did a few errands around here. After a nap, he went
to the indoor swimming pool. His back has been bothering him again. I even had time for a few phone calls, and a little sewing. I started on a flannel quilt. Now, I am waiting for Mr. to return. Hope you all had a good day, too.

I began the new year sewing quilts. I sewed only one quilt all last year. I also make bags. They are fun, too. I think I made a half dozen or more of them. I'll picture the one I made last year. If I can find it.

It is a dreary winter day. I am anxious for spring.
