Family Reunion!
It was a lovely day in May, at a park in Kansas. The park and lake were beautiful, and the temperature was just right. This was the first reunion in our family so it was very special. Some of us were together in 2000 for Gerrit and Rosa's 50th, and Gerrit's 80th birthday, but all of my brothers and sisters had not been together since our mother died in 1991. There was around 80 of us together and maybe another 50 or more couldn't make it. Our sister, June, died in 1996. It was very special to see all who made it, and sorry the rest couldn't make it. Thanks to those who planned it.
